Meet Julie Klasen
 

Yoga Therapist

Yoga is a way of life that supports optimal well-being through its philosophy and practices. For Julie, yoga has contributed to greater patience, physical strength and mobility, resilience, and sense of peace, and she is dedicated to sharing this practice in service of others.

Julie is an educator with experience across preK-12, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. She is also a certified yoga therapist and trauma-informed registered yoga teacher. She has a special interest in sharing tools of yoga to support, empower, and help people living with cancer or other health challenges find some ease.

 

Julie collaborates with medical and wellness teams in integrated healthcare settings to offer personalized yoga therapy sessions. She also works with private clients and teaches in yoga studios and community organizations.

Julie is dedicated to safety and inclusion and believes that a yoga lifestyle can be personalized to meet everyone, exactly where they are. â€‹â€‹
